所有貨品一律以港幣作為結帳貨幣單位。
如果閣下的信用卡或借記卡結算為港幣以外的貨幣，
貨品的最終結算價格將由閣下的發卡銀行根據交易當天的貨幣換算率為閣下進行自動換算。
本網站上所顯示的港幣價格只可作為參考作用，我們無法確保閣下的發卡銀行最終將對您收取的費用總數額。

 

本公司會在收到閣下的訂單資料後，根據貨品的供應情況盡快作出最後確認，
並盡快安排有關送貨或自行取貨事宜。
如果閣下所預訂之貨品暫時售罄，本公司會在閣下所要求的交貨日期或之前聯絡閣下，再作安排。

 

付款

本店接受通過維薩卡、萬事達卡、中國銀聯卡、PayMe、轉數快、銀行轉帳所支付的貨品款項。

 

海關及進口費用

適用閣下訂單的稅金及關稅取決於閣下所需遞送的國家目的地。
香港境內訂單無需支付稅金及關稅。
若閣下的目的地國家須遵從執行目的地完税後交貨,，您則需要交付相關進口關稅及其它稅金。

若顧客所在目的地要求徵收關稅及相關稅金，顧客應支付包括貨品購買及遞送費用。
進口關稅和其它稅金費用的發票將由速遞公司直接郵寄給您。
本公司建議閣下於預訂貨品前可與當地海關當局先確認相關的到岸成本。

a. Price and inventory

All product prices and discounts are subject to the information currently displayed on this website.
The price of the goods will be based on the time you submit the order,
and we will not make changes unless there are more serious errors.
WHITE WHALE AND COMPANY reserves the right to change the price of the product without prior notice.
If we discover that the price of the goods you have ordered is incorrect,
we will notify you to reconfirm the order or cancel the order immediately.
If our company cannot contact you, we will treat that order as an invalid order.

 

All products are settled in Hong Kong dollars (HKD).
If your credit or debit card is settled in a currency other than Hong Kong dollars,
the final settlement price of the goods will be automatically converted by your card issuing bank based on the currency exchange rate on the day of the transaction.
The Hong Kong dollar prices shown on this website are for reference only,
and we cannot guarantee the total amount of fees that your card issuing bank will charge you.

 

After receiving your order information,
our company will make a final confirmation as soon as possible based on the supply of the goods and arrange the delivery or self-collection.
If the goods you ordered are temporarily sold out,
you will be notified by our company of the further arrangement on or before the delivery date you requested.

c. Customs and import fees

The taxes and duties applicable to your order depend on the country and destination of your delivery.
